Meghan McNamara, LCSW-C

Meghan is a licensed and certified psychotherapist who received her Masters of Social Work at the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2002. Meghan has experience working with individuals, couples and families. She works from a strengths based perspective in support of the body, mind, and spirit connection. Creating an empathic connection between herself and her clients is the essential element she uses to help her clients on their path toward healing.
Meghan is a board certified supervisor and a member of the Maryland chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. She has received a postgraduate certificate from The Postpartum Stress Center in Postpartum Mood Disorders. She has been certified as a Gottman Educator to teach Bringing Baby Home to help expecting and new parents preserve their relationship after the birth of their baby.
